6. Refund Policy


Transactions related to mutual fund investments through the Website will be processed only upon the successful transfer of funds from your registered bank account to the relevant Asset Management Company (AMC).

  • Mutual fund units will be credited to your account within 7 (seven) working days from the date of successful fund transfer.
  • Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled or reversed by you.
  • In the event of any failure to reflect the mutual fund units in your account despite a successful transfer, the funds will be refunded to your registered bank account within the timelines agreed upon with the AMC. Disha Finedge LLP will not be responsible for such failures beyond our control.

    • 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


    Any disputes arising from the use of this Website or related transactions shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or proceedings related to this agreement.
